Employee evaluation process has the following stages:

  • Understanding the company context – Understanding the company’s context involves collecting information about: organizational culture, organization goals, organizational environment, and company needs and challenges.
  • Selection of assessment tools – Depending on the company’s objectives, we use tools to measure cognitive skills, interests and values, personality and attitudes, emotions and behaviours.
  • Collecting the necessary data for evaluation – We gather the relevant information to make the necessary recommendations for personal and company goals by using psychological tests and interviews with each individual.
  • Feedback – An evaluation report that includes also recommendations that contribute to the realization of organization’s goals offered at the end of the evaluation process.
